You’ve got all your wonderful ideas, now it’s time to make them come to life. Here are the following things we’ll require and the details to take note of before we can begin of the exciting journey of creating your brand.

Branding Files

Your logos in vector files format like .AI, .PSD, .EPS, .SVG or .PDF.


3 high-resolution reference images in different sketches.

Artwork Files

Files must be in vector file format with dimensions stated.


A size chart of garment measurements for each design.

What You Need To Know?

Learn more about the answers to the common questions about starting a clothing brand.

Typically we see clients requiring anywhere from $10,000 for a t-shirt collection to $20,000 for a womenswear/menswear collection of 480 pieces.

The minimum order requirements are 80 – 100 pieces per COLOUR for 1 DESIGN and 480-500 pieces per ORDER. For custom-developed fabrics, the minimum order starts from 1500 meters to 2000 meters per fabric type.

It usually take 4-6 months to be completed using stock fabric and 6-8 months for custom produced fabrics. Leads time are calculated on estimated from the date we start to the completion of production.

We offer different delivery options to suit your budget or requirement. We use various shipping providers like DHL, FedEx, UPS and & trusted freight forwarders to ship your orders by air or sea freight. We offer sea freight options to certain countries for orders weighing above 100kg/500 pieces. Do note that delivery time varies by location and sea freight takes longer than air freight.

We cannot make the following types of clothing: Wedding Gowns Costumes Haute Couture Skiing Gear, Lingerie / Underwear Gloves.

The Process and Quality Services



After submitting your enquiry, we will discuss about your project requirements and send you an order form link to submit your designs.



Once we receive your submission, we will work out and send you a custom price estimate for your project.



2-3 Weeks

After submitting your enquiry, we will discuss about your project requirements and send you an order form link to submit your designs.



1-2 Weeks

After the price estimate is accepted, we will require you to send us samples for fitting and sizing references. We will begin the sourcing process to find suitable fabrics and trims for your designs and will send them to you for selection.



5-6 Weeks

While the sourcing is underway, our in-house design team will help to finalise your details and develop tech packs for your designs. We will send these tech packs to you for your confirmation before starting on the samples. Do note that as everything is made from scratch, it usually takes 2 rounds of sample to get all the details right and ready for bulk production.



6-8 Weeks

Once you are happy with the samples, we will commence on bulk production after we received your approved samples and downpayment.



2-3 Days

When the bulk production is complete, our quality control team will inspect the products to ensure there are no issues. We will mend pieces and correct any issues before the products are sent to the packaging department.



2-3 Days

Excluding Delivery Time We’ve come to the final part! In this leg, we will help you handle the shipping paperwork and arrange for your products to be shipped to your doorstep. This stage is where the final payment for the balance and shipping will be required before we ship your products.
